Terms of Service
By registering or submitting content on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not proceed.
One Account Per User
Users are only allowed to keep one account. Users that have more than one account will see all their accounts beeing deleted.
"Bogus" Account Information
Any account with clearly bogus information will be automated deleted by the system. Bogus information includes such things as entering "1234" as your first name, "dfasdfdadfv" as your street address, etc.
If you are concerned about your privacy, please note that we adhere to a very comprehensive Privacy Policy. Your personal information is not shared with anyone, for any reason, and we don't bombard our users with "spam".

Agreement to Receive Mailings
By joining RichLink, you agree to receive email from the company including: newsletter, periodic announcements about traffic products and other announcements or offers. You have the right to cancel these emails by canceling your membership.
Member Responsibilty
All members must keep their email address current. If we get a bounced email when sending you emails your account will be deleted. Also remember to keep your email address active. If you no longer have access to it, you will not be able to request your password.
Keeping your account active. If your account have been inactive for more then 3 months, it will be closed and all credits in the account will be removed.
Forbidden uses of the RichLink program include, but are not limited to: fraudulently generating impressions via: bots, scripts, auto-refreshes, iframes, pops, or other surreptitious methods; Hacking other websites illegally to display or pop your links; Embedding your links in malware or programs without user consent; Unwelcome spamming of other sites without permission using your links; Encouraging your users to click the RichLink links.
Term of the Agreements
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination. Notice by email, to your email address in our records, is considered sufficient notice for us to terminate this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated because you have violated the terms of this Agreement you are not eligible to receive any commission payments, even for commissions earned prior to the date of termination. If this Agreement is terminated for any other reason, you are only eligible to earn a commission on sales occurring during the term of the Agreement, and commissions earned through the date of termination will remain payable only if the related orders are not canceled or returned. We reserve the right to withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.
Relationship of Parties
You and RichLink are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site(s) or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section. You are not an agent of the RichLink and RichLink expressly disclaims responsibility for any conduct by you in violation of the terms of this Agreement.
Disclaimers
RICHLINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, RICHLINK MAKES NO WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ITS SERVICES.
Limitation of Liability
RICHLINK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR RICHLINK PROGRAM, EVEN IF RICHLINK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FURTHERMORE, RICHLINK AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE TOTAL FEES PAID OR PAYABLE TO YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SURVIVE TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF THE AGREEMENT.
Representations and Warranties
Representations and Warranties. You hereby represent and warrant to us that this Agreement has been duly and validly executed and delivered by you and constitutes your legal, valid and binding obligation, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms. You further represent and warrant that the execution, delivery and performance by you of this Agreement are within your legal capacity and power, have been duly authorized by all requisite action on your part, require the approval or consent of no other persons, and neither violate nor constitute a default under (i) the provision of any law, rule, regulation, order, judgment or decree to which you are subject or which is binding upon you, or (ii) the terms of any other agreement, document or instrument applicable to you or binding upon you.
Should any law enforcement agency, internet service provider or other person or entity provide RichLink with notice that you have engaged in transmission of unsolicited emails or have engaged in otherwise unlawful conduct or conduct in violation of internet service provider's terms of service, we reserve the right to cooperate in any investigation relating to your activities including disclosure of your account information.
Termination
RichLink may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the RichLink site, without notice, for any conduct that RichLink, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a sponsor, merchant or other third party, or RichLink.
Copyright
All content included on this web site, including text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, and images, is the property of RichLink, its licensors or its content suppliers, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. The compilation of all content on this web site is the exclusive property of RichLink and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Modification of Terms
RichLink may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the RichLink program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Miscellaneous
Obviously, anyone who tries to artificially inflate their credits or cheat the system in any other way will be permanently deleted and banned. We have a very sophisticated system in place that can easily and accurately detect such activity, which ensures that honest users' credits are not wasted.
